Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within three business days. Please allow for extra processing time during major holidays. It is your obligation to double-check your delivery information before submitting your order. Che' Tara Elements is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses. All orders above $60 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping Time is in accordance with each service provider. Our items are shipped through USPS. Tracking information is provided once the item is shipped. Che'Tara Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once orders are packaged, they are then sent off to our third-party supplier (USPS) in order to be delivered in a timely fashion. Once picked up by carrier transit times range from 7-10 business days depending on the delivery destination.
